Slack
Integrating with Slack
Before integrating with Slack, make sure you have:
- An Asgard account
- Access to a Slack workspace, with permission to create and manage apps (see Slack)
- A Slack application with a redirect URL, subscribed to bot events, with messaging to the bot enabled, and the Client ID, Client Secret, Signing Secret and permission scopes to hand
Configuring the Slack integration in Asgard
In the project, go to Published and click to add an integration. Give it a name and a description, choose the workflow it starts from, then choose Slack and enter the Client ID, Client Secret, Signing Secret and permission scopes.
