asgard.tool_call.complete
The toolset call completion event, carrying the tool's execution result
asgard.tool_call.complete marks the completion of a toolset call within a process. The toolCallComplete object in fact lists the toolset's execution result, which matters both for debugging and for building a custom UI.

This event appears only when a toolset is in use.
Characteristics
- When it fires: as the process finishes using a toolset
- What it does: shows the toolset's execution result
- How often: once per toolset call
